Das Fondue Lab im Schloss Mattsee ist der perfekte Ort, um einen gemütlichen Abend mit den Liebsten zu verbringen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Fondues, die wirklich lecker und sehr zu empfehlen sind. Nicht nur das Essen war toll, auch die Atmosphäre im Schloss war sehr angenehm. Besonders schön war der Blick auf den Mattsee! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen. Es war ein richtig schöner Abend. Dankeschön!😊

Wir waren im Schloss Mattsee um das neue "Fondue Lab" auszuprobieren. Wir hatten einen super Tisch mit Blick auf den See, einen Aperitif, einen Gruß aus der Küche (sehr gutes Brot + Aufstriche & im Anschluss noch ein geschmacklich sehr gutes Supperl im Reagenzglas). Und dann kam das Käsefondue für 2 (wir haben es mit Riesling bestellt, aber es gibt auch Trüffel usw.) mit reichlich Beilagen von Kartofferln, Brokkoli, Salaten, Brot, Saucen usw. Also für jeden etwas dabei. Wir wollten noch das Schokofondue verkosten, welches es auch in mehreren Variationen gibt, aber dazu waren wir tatsächlich nicht mehr in der Lage 😅 Macht aber nix - das werden wir sicherlich ein anderes Mal verkosten, denn wir kommen wieder.

Ich war gestern bei der inoffiziellen Eröffnung des neuen Restaurant The Fondue Lab im Schloß Mattsee. Wie auch schon beim Frühstück oder Sundowner ist das Schloss Mattsee einfach ein toller Ort um abzuschalten. Das neue Pop-up Restaurant hat sich auf Fondue spezialisiert. Ich kann nur sagen -TOPTOPTOP-! Tolle Fondue Kreationen mit Liebe zum Detail. Wiederholungsgefahr! 😊🥳

Ich habe letztens das fondue lab ausprobiert und bin sehr zufrieden gewesen! durch die große auswahl ist für jeden etwas dabei. die kombination aus dem wunderschönen ausblick und dem super leckeren essen hat unseren abend zu etwas ganz bespnderem gemacht! wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder!
